Irv Dardik is no quack. He has developed an approach to human health and performance that is based on extensive experience with the US Olympic effort, an inquiring and astute mind, and a considerable track record. Like many new things, it has its skeptics, but I've looked into it and it makes a lot of sense to me given my knowledge of human systems and human performance. Lewin's book is excellent, and I hope that a new book will be forthcoming focused technically on health and performance.
Dardik's work with Martin Fleischmann this last summer was impressive as those who know will readily attest. Dardik has already done much good for people. I believe that the best is yet to come. He is one of the good guys.
