It's Friday afternoon and I feel an overwhelming urge to machinate on
trivial items of pointless etiquette of the grammatical kind.

I freely admit that use of grammar was not one of my better learned
skills in school particularly since spell checkers, thesaurus-helpers,
and grammatical correctors were years away from being invented.

The way you describe my prior use of the phrase "...could care less"
makes me now feel that, despite my ignorance, I chose wisely. Even
though, as you say, my use of this phrase may not have accurately
described what I was originally aiming for... I have decided to change
the original intent of my use of that phrase to now reflect:

"Most might be concerned but only to a lesser degree...if they consume
their product from the surface of white glossy paper or from an LED
screen."

Hopefully, this carefully crafted weasel worded response settles our
controversial dispute!
