Thank you Francis and Jack.  The Alien Scientist really helped me get  the 
word. out.  I t will be interesting to see where it goes.  It is  also 
interesting to compare with I and Puthoff are saying.  Puthoff's ZPE  is 
external 
to the matter.  Inertia is in produced as matter interacts with  this 
external field.  This field has a very large energy density.  The  energy 
should 
have a large gravitational affect.  It would appear as a  greatly reduced 
Cosmological constant.  I reject the existence  of a  large background ZPE 
field on this premise.
 
I say that inertia and gravity are an internal affect.  This affect is  
produced at energy tries to escape from matter producing a force 2E/c.  The  
nice thing about this approach is that using Einstein's  relationship  between 
force and gravity, Keep in mind that  force is (dp/dt)  I  worked the whole 
thing out in a past addition of IE.

The force of 2E/c trying to escape from matter produces the gradational  
field of matter.  I had to add an elastic discontinuity to prevent this  force 
from ripping matter apart.  This discontinuity is at the classical  radius 
of the electron.  I stuck the radius of this displacement into the  formula 
for a spring I got this equation the energy carried by two interacting  
electron as a function of the elastic energy of a spring.
 
Energy =  1/2Kx^2
 
Using the emergent K out came the Compton frequency.  That's a second  big

I then followed deBroblie and Puthoff and to say that the deBrogle  wave is 
Doppler shifted Compton reflection.  In Puthoff;s model the  question 
arises what is reflecting and how is it reflected.  In my model  the  
restraining 
force of an elastic discontinuity produces both the  gradational field of 
matter and the deBrogle wave of matter.  Now once we  have the Compton wave 
and the deBrogle wave as affects of a classical  interaction, Schrodinger's 
wave equation can be produced from this  tenement.  It the same result with a 
new foundation.  Schrodinger's  wave equation embodies most of physics and 
all of chemistry.
 
Take it one step more what would such a matter wave look like.  I  would 
have a phase velocity of C and group velocity of V.  In a  power line the 
ratio of the group velocity and the phase velocity is called  the power factor. 
 
I employed such a right angle power factor triangle and  produced all of 
special relativity.  I don't think Puthoff and Haish can do  this.  This is a 
third big hit.

 According to Maxwell orbiting electrons should continuously emit  energy.  
Atoms emit bursts of energy at random intervals.  Puthoff  states that 
atoms DO emit energy continually.  This lost energy is  replenished by a 
background of inflowing zero point energy.  This concept  can account for the 
non-radiation of the state but it does not yield the  randomness of the 
emission. 
 (the probability of transition)  As  before I have a problem that this 
background ZPE should have a large  gravitational affect.  The addition of this 
energy is a yuck.   Yes, but he has got the Casimer force relationship as 
"proof" that it  exists.
 
I say that energy is pinned into matter at an elastic discontinuity.   I 
also have to add something, and elastic discontinuity.  This is also a  big 
yuck.  I looked at it and put it into the equation for a spring  constant.

Out came K.  I got the Compton frequency with this K.  Hay how  about that.

Setting the velocity equal to that of sound in the nucleus 1.094 million  
meters per second out came
the energy levels of the hydrogen atom.  Hay how about that.  The  velocity 
has a frequency and a wavelength.  The frequency equals the  frequency of 
the emitted photon the wavelength, in conjunction with an  electronic, charge 
equaled the energy of the photon.  Hay wait a minute..be  gone the misery

Finally using the K and the displacement I computed the probability of  
transition.  The randomness of the atoms emission.  Now I have shown  both the 
condition of the non-radiative state and the probability when it does  
radiate.
I am way ahead.  So what then is the Casimer force.  Its the Van  der walls 
force between atoms.
A yuck I have gong against the established wisdom again.  The Casmir  force 
is minor player in my two bodied mode and central to Puthofff's  argument.
