Calculations I have done in this direction tend to indicate that P-e-P fusion within a maximally shrunken Hydrino molecule is still too slow to be of use, unless the radius goes as the square of the quantum number rather than linear with it. This is a consequence of the weak force decay reaction. However I must admit that I have trouble sorting out which effects different sources include in their reaction rate constants.
