I have not seen the data BUT if the #s presented are true and
reproducible, the physics is
clear; hugh energy densities at microscopic (nano) geometries / levels.
We saw this type of phenomena in the first cold cathode lasers and
investigated the dynamics
of the emmission process using only low voltage batteries to power a cathode
which drove the blue
green laser. There are probably similarities which should be explored.
So is he saying that there was some kind of anomalous energy in these cold
cathode lasers but they
really didn't explore what it might have been???
Didn't Moray use cold-cathode tubes ("valves" in his terminology)???
