As noted here, Rossi himself says he has a degree from Kensington U. in 
California. I think I mentioned here there is no trace of the place left 
on-line. It is listed in Wikipedia's "List of unaccredited institutions 
of higher learning." The most authoritative document about it is a court 
judgment here:

Things like this make me nervous about Rossi. That's what I told Mats 
Lewan at Ny Teknik.
