* LTI in Ohio. * No, he said it is a major company. Wouldn't it be marvelous if it is a Fortune 500? * If it is a big, well-known national company that makes the business pages then I'm going to have to renege on my betting pool entry. All bets will be OFF. Where is this betting pool? I want to enter <g> with a long-shot . . and what does "major company" mean to Rossi anyway? Is $100,000,000 in yearly sales enough to be called major? Not by Wall Street standards. But in checking around, and this is only gossip with a few hits on Lexis - the name "Enerco" keeps popping up. Now there is "Eneco" the company that bought the P&F patents, but they went belly-up and a giant Euro company took over that name. However, this does not seem to be the connection to Rossi, but it could be. There is a company in Cleveland Ohio which is not too far from LTI going by this name Enerco; and this company makes space heaters. This is the exact market for a Rossi type device, no? I guess 'big' and 'well-known' are relative terms. Also there is a report of a new joint venture between LTI (or the principle execs of LTI who are former DoE execs and well-connected) and this Enerco of Ohio. Someone has mentioned the name "Amp-enerco" (or Ampenerco) but nothing turns up in a search so far. Doh. That would be because it is brand new - but then, if we believe Rossi - that would make it not "a big, well-known national company" . At any rate, in a few days I'm trying a borrowed logon to Lexis to try to find out for sure. It will all be in the public domain before long if they are doing it "by the book". However, that will be my entry into this betting pool of yours . . implying, as you may have guessed, that I do not believe that Rossi is capable of telling the 'truth' in an objective and factual way. The gossip mill is churning . and why not? This is either "the greatest invention since fire" (or "reinvention" if you are Randy Mills and think that you are getting the shaft) . . or else the biggest scam since Madoff. Take your pick.
