Inside the machine there are only ordinary pipes and the cell. There is not
the slightest change the flow of water will cause significant ultrasound or
cavitation with this equipment, at any flow rate.

No, he did not get better results with the high flow. He got 16 kW on Jan.
16, and 16 kW on Feb. 10, except for the  short time it went to 130 kW. The
high flow did not enhance the reaction at all. It was only useful to improve
the calorimetry.
