In the above office action on page 6 (of 11) Rossi mentions "ultrasound" as being the prime modality for heat - not the resistors. Of course he also mentions other things like microwaves - presumably to cover all the bases. I am not sure that he is using "ultrasound" in the proper way, or if it is intended to be his primary identified source - but anyway- it is what it is ... Comments? Jones
