He said something to the effect that it is easier to control the smaller
devices. I do not know if the instabilities are worse. I hope they have
decreased with the smaller size -- that is more or less what he said.

A 4-kW device will do plenty of damage if it goes into a runaway reaction.
Rossi is sure the thing cannot do that now, but if 32 of them exploded I
would not be so confident of that.
