I've watched the video, and uninformed viewers (regarding recent E-Cat developments) can't possibly get a good impression with all the inserts about Rossi's old Petroldragon affair. The message I personally get is that since he managed to fool experts into believing him back then, he might have probably managed the same today with his new "magic" device.
