That is how Rossi described it. There might be a language problem, but I am pretty sure that is what he meant. He also said emphatically that the cell is stainless steel. It does not seem likely that he would put a copper jacket around a stainless steel cell, so if it is stainless steel, I suppose the first configuration ( http://i.imgur.com/llVoU.png) is ruled out. - Jed
