Peter,
Regarding "cheapness" : It appears the "enrichment" Rossi mentions is a free
side effect of sputtering [Soret effect] that only segregates the isotopes by a
matter of centimeters but since this places the heavier isotopes closer to the
cold reactor wall and each other it may be enough to amplify the effect - I
think this effect was also behind MAHG performance but Rossi understands better
the need to keep the operation below a threshold temp to prevent the powder
melting or growing whiskers to short the catalytic geometry.

BUYING THE E-CAT IN THE
SACK<http://egooutpeters.blogspot.com/2011/05/buying-e-cat-in-sack.html>

CHEAPNESS: - an obvious condition. Just o mention that if the E-cat works with
isotopically enriched nickel or the catalyst (?) is some noble metal- than
there will be serious problems with the price.
