Recently, I was doing a survey of papers addressing the potassium/carbon formation of Rydburg matter; and one paper turned up from blacklight that got me thinking.
The thermally reversible hydrino catalysts system as a new power source. http://www.blacklightpower.com/papers/Eng%20Power050410S.pdf I agree with Jed; there should be only one cause of the Ni- H reaction. I believe that both the Mills reaction and the Rossi reaction are probably based on the same physical mechanism. Is it possible that Mills is seeing the same reaction that Rossi sees and has mistakenly invented the “hydrino atom” mechanism to explain it? In this paper, he talks about alkaline earths: K, Na, Li catalysts and many types of carbide including TiC, WC, carbon black, and PdC as conductive supports. Is Rydburg matter loaded into the mills catalyst and Mills misinterprets its experimental fingerprint as a manifestation of a mythical “hydrino atom”? Could the Rossi process just be the Mills process extended to operate on a continuous semi-annual basis? Could the Mills process be nuclear in nature? Could the generation of trace amounts of transmuted ash products be undetectable because the Mills catalyst only fires up once for a short duration before it must be renewed?
