IMHO, yes Mills and Rossi are seeing the same effect and are both wrong -
Jan Naudts is the only one who got it right when he proposed the hydrogen
atoms are actually relativistic.  decreasing energy density for Casimir
geometry is a big clue because it mirrors relativistic effects for increased
energy density for dense mass or matter at near luminal velocity. The Naud's
orbital led me to propose a relativistic interpretation of Casimir effect
where longer wavelengths are not excluded but instead dilate time to fit
between the boundaries.
