Perusing through one of my Google news feeds I noticed the following discussion out at Peak Oil, news & message boards, Exploring Hydrocarbon Depletion.

This entry points to the following link: http://www.glafarms.com/index.html Which looks like a new enterprise in the MidWest, USA, called "Great Lakes Aqua Farms" Excerpt: "The energy source for this facility will be an E-CAT, which is being developed, and should be available for purchase later this year...fall of 2011."
