The electrical input was 750W No, it was between 784 and 805 W (230x3.4 or 230x3.5). The tension is 230 V in Italy. This is called in Italy "eurotensione", google it. I already posted the link to the italian wikipedia article abt mains tension in Italy. Must I repeat it? It was 220 V there until the end of the 90ies. When I was a child, it was 110 V in some areas, I remember it very well.
