Thanks for the detailed answer - I'm sorry for putting a less than
optimal subject line, but it seemed an excitingly good news to me and so
I didn't waste (regrettably) too much time thinking about putting a
better one.
By the way, I wonder if the "Rossi-like experiment" being tested at
LANL has something to do with the recently disclosed Brillouin device
which is supposed to be replicated there too. There have been several
news entries about it on some websites during the past week:

Perhaps this is the reason why you're saying that Celani (via Passerini)
