But, the cell phones are typically 100 milliWatts; whereas, the broadcast signals are in the megaWatt range. There are levels considered safe for non-ionizing radiation; however, those numbers vary from country to country. For example, Russia considers safe levels which are 100 times less than what we consider safe. Truth is, no one really knows what is a safe level. T
