Not with this meter. It only displays a resolution of 0.1 C, and when you are measuring differential temperature, you have the roundoff errror for both measurements. As I mention in another post, you might be able to do some fancy setting, where you rotate the pot to an intermediate position between display shifts. I wouldn't care to bet I'd do this right the first time, though....
