That's looking less and less lightly. There's no other evidence for anything 
other than a 3+1 dimensional universe. Supersymmetry is looking like it's not 
going to deliver the Higgs, and we've seen no other super-partners yet. This 
means that we're not likely in a super-gravity regime, and so 11D is out, and 
10D hasn't been delivered by String theory yet either.

If there's a Kaluza Klein regime anywhere, I doubt that this would be the first 
signal of it.
