Rossi talked on his own technology. not about Defkalion's, because he did
not have any intimate knowledge what Defkalion was doing. He was just
waiting Defkalion to raise the money that should be deposited for pledge (I
am not sure if this is the correct word), to insure that Defkalion has
enough cash, so that they could make a valid contract in August.

But back then Rossi and Defkalion had not done any contracts. Rossi thought
that they would make a contract in August, but he was cheated. That is Rossi
did not know what Defkalion was up to, because he had had only talks with
Defkalion representatives.

There was no technical knowledge exchanged, but only talking. Rossi was
still waiting Defkalion to gather cash. And now he realised, that he waited
for nothing, because Defkalion was not even going to raise cash, because the
company was just a coulisse. There was never Greek government officials to
do the validation and safety tests, although they talked that tests would be
arranged in July. But this was only talking. There was no factory that
should have started building in August.

In fact, there is absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no one, not even
Rossi and Stremmenos, who has ever seen any physical evidence that would
indicate a real company. There was not a contract between Rossi and
Defkalion and as Rossi said, Defkalion representatives had not even seen
E-Cat in real action (except those with Stremmenos, what were far from being
conclusive), because no contract was never made. Only initial talks, just
like with NASA and that other American Customer, that Rossi also declined,
at least for a while.

But if you look closer what Defkalion is saying. They commented about 'is
the field of cold fusion unknown', but they said that it is clear for them,
but they did not give even a hint that would indicate that they have even
rudimentary understanding of the field, not to mentioning that they would
have seriously studied the field. In fact, I have not followed the forum
closely, but I would say that same goes on and on, that there is plenty of
light chattering, but there is nothing that would indicate deeper knowledge
than shallow second hand knowledge and vivid imagination.

Ps. This is not based in first hand fact, but it is just a description of
the most likely scenario. However it is based on assumption that Rossi's and
Stremmenos' statements are trustworthy, and the fact, that we do not know
anything real about the company expect what they have been telling on their
discussion forum. I would say that overwhelming evidence supports my
interpretation of the situation.

pps. Jed I am surprised, that you are willing to believe rather completely
unknown Defkalion, who has only chatted on discussion forum behind a nick
name, than Rossi, who has presented numerous demonstrations, and has shown
very physical proofs what he is doing. And he has never made any bold
claims, but he is letting the facts to talk for him.
