If the assumption is that Ni64 is the only isotope that is reacting, then clearly the reaction itself is already selective of that isotope. So why bother enriching at all? Just use native Ni, and let the reaction itself select the isotopes it wants. Whatever is left after months/years of use can then be returned to the market for normal use.
