What commitments? Has he signed a contract? Did he give a check to some charitable organization, and did this check bounce? I'm not aware of any public or private commitments. On the contrary, I have pointed out again and again that he blusters and makes ridiculous statements completely contrary to the facts. I make no explanations for his statements because the statements are often preposterous. I pointed out again and again that he changed his tune about his arrangements with Defkalion three times in two weeks. He went from agreeing they have the technology, to saying they do not have any cores, and then back to saying yes they do have the technology and this is only a dispute about financial arrangements. What I'm saying here is that Rossi can say whatever he likes about what he will do with his own money. He can change his mind five times a day about that subject.
