You better settle this argument and come to an agreement with us, or we will begin manufacturing these things with an independently discovered version of the catalyst. Some people think Defkalion is bluffing. They say that if Defkalion had independently developed the catalyst they would go ahead and sell it, without trying to reach a new agreement with Rossi. I suppose they are trying to make nice to him for two reasons: 1. It is the right thing to do ethically. He deserves the money. 2. It is less trouble than a huge legal battle. - Jed
