This quote is very interesting:
- No money has yet been transfered. Interested companies will pay 500,000 Euros in an escrow account before testing a final product. Half of the license fee of 40.5 million Euros should be be paid at delivery of know-how, and the remaining part after ten days of operation of a factory producing Hyperion products.

Basically this means:
* First pay 500 kEuro (while you still don't get anything at all),
* Next pay 20 MEuro for technology transfer (still you don't get a product yet), * Finally pay another 20 MEuro (for an operational factory which CAN produce hyperions)

This means Defkalion is not going to produce any Hyperion at all by theirselves, but let others take the risk and produce the Hyperions!

I'm not to say scam, but it sounds kind of fishy to me this approach.

I prefer Rossi's approach and price.

Kind regards,

MoB
