Perhaps a more likely scenario (being negotiated between Rossi and HD) would be to use Rossi's eCats to heat the Home Depot stores. IOW, NOT to sell eCats to customers. Those outlet stores are huge warehouses. I can only imagine what their heating bills must be like in the middle of a Mid-Western winter.
