Here is a perfect example of his tangential response style: *"Q: I understand that you have been negotiating with Home Depot? Have they seen the Ecat yet? Has it been tested for them?
A: We are in discussion with many possible distributors. We will give precise information when any deal will have been made.*" WRONG! Proper answers would have been for the first item, a YES or NO. For the second and third item, the same. Either they have seen it or they have not and which it is should not be a trade secret. Same for testing. The reason Rossi doesn't answer it properly, in my opinion, is because it can be checked. Same with the third item. Rossi gives deceptive, self serving, evasive answers to almost all questions whose answers can be checked. Same with Defkalion. Is Rossi's tangentiality and non-response because of his fear of competition? Can't be -- if it were, he would not have spoken of a supposed deal with Home Depot at all. Why mention it if you won't answer harmless straightforward questions about it? Guess what sort of person responds that way? And then there's this: *"Dear Cornè: 1- The physics concerning the reactions within the E-Cats are well known ( we just do not publish them for confidentiality issues) and there are patents pending for those, while the certifications are in course.*" Patents pending are public information. Which patents? Where? Same with certifications. Which agencies? With whom can one check? When will the result be available? As usual, most of what Rossi claims can not be verified, is self serving, and not credible. *"We made thousands-hours tests without any radiations emitted from the reactors to the environment outside the reactors. This is very easy to be measured anyway.*" OK, so then there's no radiation so all the arguments about how his secret would be revealed by public tests because the radiation spectrum would be analyzed are silly. And on it goes. The new E-cat isn't like the old one. It's both a heater and an air conditioner cooler. Nothing but silliness and more silliness. Quotes are from here: http://www.rossilivecat.com/
