Thus virtually anyone who infringes can say that they used a method different from the one Rossi disclosed because basically, he did not disclose anything. That may be considered a "business practice" but if so, it's a very stupid one, considering even Rossi says he expects reverse engineering to be possible and he (LOLOL) expects to avoid this issue by making a million or so E-cats so cheaply that nobody will bother. Really, Rossi gets funnier every day.
