Good point John. who on earth has Rossi outwitted, except these people (and the US taxpayers, in the TEG work a few years back) ? Certainly not DGT ! They played Rossi like a drum . . they maneuvered the fool to personally renege, verbally and emphatically in public - on the original contract. when AR could have bought time otherwise.
