No problem, take your time finding the article.  I did not intend to shoot the 
messenger, only to suggest that the idea can not be possible.

The laws of thermodynamics would not allow you to generate more electric power 
from the heat than is required to transfer the heat in the first place.  We 
would all like for this to be true, but a system of this type would be a 
perpetual motion machine.

Before you shoot the messenger, me, let me find the article I read. All 
 remember was a stated COP of 10 or greater. Google is bloody 
rustration when you can't find something you read and don't remember 
hat you were searching for at the time.
