The work relates particle size to frequency of stimulation. The best read is "The Control of the Natural Forces" linked below. I've done lots of stimulation of wires and particles of nickle and palladium in hydrogen, helium, and deuterium. No thermal or RF energy was produced to date. I'm missing something and know not what it is.
