I briefly looked into the US residency status of Rossi.
Some say he is a US citizen and others say he is a permanent resident. Both these conditions put him under secrecy restrictions. Getting the truth about Rossi is difficult; does anybody know for sure? A politician can routinely reveal state secrets for their own selfish reasons. This is my meaning. Rossi has stated that the E-Cat is an American product.
