Plus I fixed a few typos. I replaced ~16 pages of this. The others are in
facsimile format (text-under-image Acrobat) because it has some historic
value. For example you see in the handwritten notes on p. 239 who Miles
circulated it to.

Miles and I suspect that one of the anonymous reviewers is none other than
Steve Jones or Lee Hanson, based on the tone and the statement about Kel-F.
Miles wrote to the editor, on p. 249

"I have read previous false statement by Steve Jones of BYU stating that
Kel-F is electrochemically active. If you selected either Steve Jones or
Lee Hansen of BYU as reviewers, then you guaranteed yourself a very
negative review."

This is one of the many ways the peer-review system is abused. Editors pick
reviewers who will give them the answer they are looking for.
