Jojo, you are suggesting foul play and that may be the game that is afoot.  
Then again, it may be that the oil producers know that one day the oil will 
either run out or become useless and they hope to maintain most of the wealth 
that they have been so generously given.  Nothing like a good heads up 
opportunity to invest early in the developments that will become vital.

It is of the utmost importance that we ensure that the LENR systems become 
available to all of mankind and not be under any form of cartel control.  I 
suspect that the diversity of the reactions and simplicity of manufacturing 
these devices will naturally lead in a favorable direction.

Much of the world's misery is a result of the high cost of oil in my humble 
opinion and the sooner that is cured the better off we all will be.

Seems to me that a prize for Alternative Energy from a Shiekh who got his 
riches from oil, appears a little suspicious.
 
If you ask me, the Arabs just want to know who has the best technologies for 
Alternative Energy so that they can spend some of their oil money to paint a
