My level of confidence in these systems is about the same, but not perfect.
They all need more development. What would be convincing is an independent
long term test. We saw a Papp engine running on YouTube and the explosion
of the Papp engine in the 1966 demo points to over unity power production
but has Rohner build a working engine, we will see in December.
