Googling it comes up with a lot of images. All
show the airplane sitting in the factory or in
the water. None show it flying, though I think it did fly briefly. (?).
And then there is the picture of it all smashed up. Oops.
Over-reaching. Making a big one before making smaller models that approach it.
Or, hey, maybe they were just unlucky. I don't
want to buy the "Italian grandiosity" story too
thoroughly. That's ... well, "racist" doesn't
exactly express it, but it's gross prejudice
