Note that these epos are fermions; so, no (little) mass is involved.
I guess we are speaking of energy of spin momentum.

And also note that these particles have half integer spin; so, their
rotation cycle is 720 degrees.  Hence the requirement for more than
1/2 of the Planck time cycle.  It becomes an asymmetrical
recombination with a net energy release.
