In the actual paper they state "The two other photons (2 and 3) are projected by a measurement onto a Bell state." In short they have once again proven nothing at all. Suppose you have two pairs of balls, a yellow-green pair, and blue-red pair. If you observe the yellow one and the blue one, then it's not hard to guess that the other two will be green and red.
