By the way, I think it's important to point out that this document is dated March 2012, while the other two currently available for download are from September 2012 (differently than what I assumed in my opening post). On his March visit to DGT labs, Micheal A. Nelson hadn't had yet the chance to witness a DGT reactor demonstration.
