Does anyone know the margin of error expected for the impact location of a 
mortar round zeroed in at say 1/4 mile range?  A near miss might prove to be 
very painful!  Why not just use an explosive charge if the idea is to vaporize 
the poor guy?  The level of ignorance and intolerance that these people exhibit 
is beyond imagination.
