Let's give Italy credit for pioneering cold fusion. The Italian government and the ENEA deserve a lot of credit for allowing Celani and others to continue. Funding has been microscopic but at least the government did not order them to stop, the way the U.S. Navy stopped Miles and Boss and their groups. - Jed
