I know not everyone agrees with me. I do have a peer reviewed paper in the pipeline, however I am now 60 years old and don't have forever for the Journal Editors to agree with me. My book gets the word out quickly Amazon is doing a good job. It would cost more that $10 to photo copy and bind this material. I sorry that I can't please everyone. Frank Znidarsic
