Hey, I was just asking a question like a lawyer. That is my understanding as well, but sometimes the theory might not be the whole story.
I was curious as to whether or not anyone had come up with an experiment to verify the theory. A lot of times this happens, and it might not be too difficult to conduct one to prove this. Or possibily, I am missing something in my basic knowledge. Wouldn't be the first time.
