That's why they should be placed out at sea whenever possible. Preferably so far out that they can't even be seen from the coast. E.g. the North Sea should be a good place. Lots of wind, and fairly shallow in places. Also floating turbines that are anchored to the sea floor by cables for stability could be used in deeper water.
