I don't share that conclusion.

First: "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence" and all that.

Second: At some point, you will have to agree there can not reasonably be such a thing as half believing Rossi. He is either (roughly) speaking the truth, or he isn't. If (and I say: if) as it seems we are now close to getting independent validation that he really has a LENR+ device (as Peter Gluck calls LENR at practical levels), it does not make much sense to *not* believe what he said about COP.
