He also makes a big fuss about the convection being different between December and March. They ran at different temperatures, and were different sizes : of course the convection is different. He didn't seem to note that (except for the outward-side of the flange) the ecat was coated. Or that known-emissivity dots were used. Or that it was calibrated with a probe. Or ... Plus a long rant about boiling points -- irrelevant to this test. And, of course, his rant on Tex/LaTex ....
