Yeah, but if you go back to the original demonstration years ago, the
arguments sound quite familiar.  Boring.

I think that it is important to have a way to stir the powder.  This
might be one of the reasons for EM stimulation.  With a dynamic B
field, the exposed surfaces are constantly changing.

The need for external power and its cycling is proof that Rossi needs
some linear systems engineers to help him find the area of stability
for his reaction.  Either that or the reactor needs to breathe much
like McKubre's discovery that reaction occurs during loading and
unloading.
