Well, I think the issue is that a third party has not proposed coming in and doing a black box test. They seem open to that sort of thing as far as I can tell.
They may also be concerned about being accused of being frauds. Perhaps the data they have is so unbelievable, they know they will be attacked viciously unless the data is reported by impeccable third party researchers. Learning from Rossi's mistakes? They are good at that. :) At least they are presenting at iccf. More than can be said for Rossi..
