Jones Beene I know this paper is not about lenr but when you put fact together i think you can see big picture here i'm not talking about lenr as Edmund Storms believe must be defined i'm talking about what rossi and defkalion and Finnish patent claimed we know they claim gamma ray , Nuclear transmutation ,at least defkalion , Finnish patent and George Miley talk about rydberg matter and all of them used metal hydride and potassium then you have this paper that predict a more efficient muon catalyzed fusion process by microwave ionization of a Rydberg atom and probably excess heat in 2006 now let's do a experiment : for muon catalyzed fusion first we need a moun source only method that i know you can create mouns in a tabletop reactor is Pyroelectric_fusion process http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyroelectric_fusion for this process you need high strength electrostatic fields to accelerate deuterium or hydrogen ions into a metal hydride like nickel or palladium that cause these ions to undergo nuclear fusion and become a moun source now as paper described for a efficient muon catalyzed fusion you need ionization of a Rydberg atom for stripping of the stuck muon from the α particle and reactivation muon catalyzed fusion . as you can see in this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rydberg_matter potassium and hydrogen are elements that can form Rydberg matter i can't help but to think this is actual mechanism behind process. please check following paper from George Miley .
